ChOPP Meetings in 2010

Chichester District Older People's Partnership (ChOPP) holds bi-monthly meetings which all groups working with older people are very welcome to attend.  Details of the meetings and themes for 2010 are as follows:

• Monday 6th September - Self Directed Support  

All meetings are held from 9.45am - 12.30pm and other venues will be confirmed in due course.

A small pot of funding is available to be used as reimbursement for any travel costs incurred in circumstances where attendance at meetings would become prohibitive due to costs incurred. This would apply to recovering costs following the use of community or public transport and further information and a form can be obtained from Jenny Walker.
