Chichester District Older People’s Partnership

Our Extranet Question Mark

Welcome!

The Chichester and District Older People’s Partnership (ChOPP) is a partnership of statutory, voluntary and community groups providing services for older people. Our aim is to support the health, wellbeing and independence of older people in our community.

ChOPP members include large national charities and statutory bodies, alongside regional groups and small social clubs, frequently run by and for older people. However, what we have in common is our desire to serve older residents in the Chichester and District area, so that through cooperation and collaboration, we can achieve our goal to extend the range and availability of services throughout the area.
